Hi! My name is Adelyn Eatwell, I am a 12 year old girl from Mackay, QLD, and BMX is my passion!

I have always been a sporty kid, representing my school and region in most sports. But BMX is different—it’s not just a sport to me; it’s my dream.

At the 2026 UCI World Championships in Brisbane, I made the finals in both 20" and Cruiser classes, earning world plates on home soil. Now ranking 7th and 8th in the world. This provided automatic qualification for 2027, as a ranked rider. And I am fired up to take on the world’s best in Europe to prove those results were not a home-track advantage.

2027 is a critical performance and development year. Beyond international competition, points and rankings scored across state, national, and international events directly influence Development Academies selection for national pathways.

Every donation made through this Australian Sports Foundation page is 100% tax-deductible, and 100% of the funds go directly toward the travel, entry, and equipment required to keep me on the start gate in France and across Australia.

The Strategic Goal: 2027 Campaign

• AusCycling BMX State Championships & State Series

Where Your Tax-Deductible Donation Goes

World Championships- International flights, venue transit, and accommodation in Haute-Savoie

Domestic Calendar- Intrastate and Interstate travel, accommodation and logistics, to compete in AusCycling State and National Series and Championship events  

Equipment- Race-ready components, tyre and gear maintenance for both 20" and Cruiser

Race gear- Uniforms (where applicable), training and race clothing and protective wear- guards, helmet etc.

Race Entry Fees and International Insurance- UCI and AusCycling official entry and registration fees and insurances
