Albany Creek Swim Club is a proud, progressive local club that helps swimmers of all ages and abilities build skills, confidence and connections through quality coaching, dedicated volunteers and a strong, inclusive community culture.

The growth and evolution of our Club is inspiring, and we're passionate about shaping the future of our swimmers. Our unwavering focus is on nurturing local talent and instilling a lifelong love for swimming, spanning both recreational and competitive levels. We strive to create opportunities for every swimmer to develop their skills and reach their potential.

Our results reflect that commitment. The season has been highlighted with outstanding performances at State, National Age, Multi-Class and Open Water competitions, including our strongest national finals representation in the past five years along with the emergence of State and National champions.

Our 2025/26 Season highlights include:

• 2025 Deaflympics (Tokyo, Japan): 3 swimmers representing the Australian Seals Deaf Swim Team
• 2025 Queensland State Championships (Brisbane, QLD): 26 swimmers competing in 89 events, including 50 personal best times, 14 finalists in 24 events, with 18 top ten placings and a medal tally of 1 Bronze, 1 Silver and 2 Gold.
• 2025 Queensland State Relay Championships (Brisbane, QLD): 20 swimmers competing in 12 relay teams
• 2026 Australian Open Water Championships (Bunbury, WA): 7 swimmers, including Bronze in the U16 Girls 7.5km, Bronze in the U18 Boys 7.5km and Gold in the U16 Girls 5km. ACSC finishing first in our division.
• 2026 Junior Metropolitan Relay Championships (Brisbane, QLD): 25 swimmers competing in 9 relay teams
• 2026 Brisbane Championship / First Division: ACSC finishing 4th
• 2026 Club Championships (Albany Creek, Brisbane): 15 Club records broken.
• 2026 National MC, Age and Open Championships (Gold Coast, QLD): 17 swimmers competing in 19 events, with 10 finalists and a medal tally of 1 Bronze, 2 Silver and 1 Gold. ACSC finishing 87th (out of 217 clubs) nationally.

We are now raising funds to purchase new timing and training equipment to strengthen the quality of our programs and competitions. For a local Club, these are major investments that directly support community participation, athlete development and the long-term sustainability of the Club.
