Help Amelia and Lady travel across the country to represent WA at the 2026 Australian Interschool Championships!

16 year old Amelia McDonald and her equine partner, CE Femme Fatale (aka Lady), from Albany have been selected to represent WA at the 2026 Australian Interschool Championships held at the Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre, Werribee, Victoria in September this year.

Qualifying to represent her state is a huge achievement and she is very excited about competing in Werribee with Lady. However, travelling a horse across the country is expensive, and we hope our family, friends and the local community can help us make Amelia's dreams come true.

The Australian Interschool Championships attracts more than 2,000 school-based competitors, family, friends, and supporters from around the country. The event is continuing to grow year on year and is a major focus for young equestrians. It is the largest equestrian grassroots program delivered nationally in Australia. Amelia has been selected to represent WA in the Secondary Senior Novice Dressage and Open Elementary Dressage sections at the Australian Championships.

Amelia invests all her time in her horse, improving her riding and building a partnership with Lady, and works hard for her achievements. As her parents, we would dearly love to see her efforts rewarded with being able to represent her state in her chosen sport, and we need a bit of help for this to happen.

All funds will go towards the costs for Amelia and Lady to travel to Werribee to compete at the Australian Interschool Championships and include team uniforms, entry and stabling fees, and transport/travel costs.
