My name is Angus Withington and it has always been a dream of mine to put on the Green and Gold and race for Australia!

I have recently been selected to represent Australia at the 2025 Junior Track Cycling World Championships in Apledoorn, Netherlands in August.

I am a 3 time National Under 17 Champion in the Sprint, Team Sprint and Time Trial. I am also an Under 19 Silver and Bronze medallist at the 2025 Oceania Championships.

Given the opportunity to step up and race for Australia, I am hoping to achieve great things with my teammates in the Team Sprint in Appeldoorn.

The World Championships in August is a self-funded trip, including the cost of overseas flights and accommodation, training camps and Aussie cycling kit.
