ABOUT Australian Mens and Mixed Netball Association
The Australian Men's & Mixed Netball Association (AMMNA) is the national governing body championing men’s and mixed-gender netball across Australia. Since 1985, we’ve worked to grow participation, develop elite athletes, and promote inclusivity in a traditionally female-dominated sport.
We believe netball should be for everyone. Male and mixed-gender athletes often lack opportunities and visibility in netball. We're here to change that — to ensure the next generation of athletes has access to pathways, resources, and the recognition they deserve.
What we’re raising funds to do:
We’re raising funds to support the development of men’s and mixed netball nationwide — including junior programs, coaching development, state-level engagement, and funding for the Australian Men’s National Team, the Kelpies, to compete on the international stage.
Funds will directly support player development, community outreach, junior programs, national tournaments, and international competition. We’re also investing in media exposure and partnerships to elevate the profile of men’s and mixed netball across Australia and beyond.
Together, we can grow a more inclusive future for netball.
