Hi, my name is Bay-Lee, and I’m 15 years old with a dream of one day making it to the Olympics.

Over the past few years, I’ve dedicated myself to my sport and have earnt some amazing milestones. I’ve competed at Nationals with my school team, represented the Vic State Eagles in Sydney, and this year I’ve been selected to compete in the QLD drafts tournament.

Now, the hard work and training my dad and I have put into myself and my sports journey has me selected to travel to America to play as part of the Australian U15 girls NFL team. This is a huge step forward in my journey and a chance to compete on an international stage.

I’ve learned the value of hard work, resilience, and chasing your goals no matter what. My family is my biggest motivation — everything I do is not just for me, but for them too.
