My name is Bayley and I am a young female sailor looking to grow and evolve in all aspects of sailing. I sail inshore and offshore and am moving into skiffs.

    I am raising funds to support an up and coming youth female 13ft skiff program. I am super keen to get women into sailing and then keep us here. This passion saw me doing my 2nd Sydney to Hobart aboard Za Ocean Facings First Light with an all female crew.


    Experiences like this is what I live for.


    It’s always been hard for women to break into the boat ownership world but there’s no better place to start than in a 13ft skiff. That is why I am raising funds, to support a 13ft skiff program which includes buying to boat, maintenance and running costs.
