In late 2025, we asked members to help shape the club's future through our Beyond the Baseline survey. 87 members responded and what you told us was clear: the club needs a structured, long-term approach to funding major infrastructure. One initiative stood out above all others. 72% of members backed a dedicated Future Fund.

The Future Fund is a separate, dedicated reserve, distinct from the club's operating account, that will:

·        Be built gradually over time through member levies, donations and fundraising

·        Be professionally invested to grow steadily while preserving capital

·        Only be used for approved major capital works, never for day-to-day running costs

This ensures today's members help build a club that future generations can enjoy at the same standard - or better.
