    The Blackmore Club, established in 1989, stands as a testament to the enduring legacy of rowing at St Peter's College. Named in honor of Mr Edwin Gordon Blackmore - former coach, advisor, and President of the South Australian Rowing Association, the club continues to support a tradition that began with the inaugural race between SPSC and PAC in 1892 and later the Head of the River in 1922. Uniting Old Scholars, coaches, parents and friends, the Blackmore Club fosters a vibrant community dedicated to supporting and promoting rowing at St Peter's College.
