ABOUT City of Blacktown Basketball Association
CBBA – Storm Basketball is the only Basketball NSW and Basketball Australia affiliated not-for-profit basketball association in Blacktown, serving 4,200+ community members across programs from introductory junior basketball to wheelchair representative sport. Growing at 51% year-on-year average from 2022 to 2025, with 2M+ social media reach, CBBA is riding the wave of Australia's fastest growing team sport.
Funds raised will keep basketball safe, accessible, and affordable for every person in Blacktown - subsidising participation costs, resourcing inclusion programs, and investing in the coaching and operational infrastructure behind 1,100+ player domestic competition and a 264-athlete representative program. Every participant also carries the cost of an annual membership on top of their program fees, an added barrier we work hard to absorb for families who need it most.
