Meet Blake Murphy, a talented goalkeeper within the Sydney FC Academy (U14), who has been selected to compete at the 2026 Mina Cup in Dubai this April, an elite international tournament that supports his dreams of playing against some of the top teams on the global stage. 

Blake has been playing Football since the age of 5, starting at his local club, where it was all about playing football with his mates, and competing against the toughest kids to be the first in line for the post-game Sausage Sizzle.

While his competitive nature started young, the dedication to foster this wasn’t easy, the daily, and weekly training sessions over those years, helped Blake reach his dream of playing for Sydney FC. Where has been training and competing at the highest level.

These opportunities, also bear substantial costs for travel, equipment, and tournament fees, as we ask you to help Blake take a step closer to achieving his dreams.
