ABOUT Bodi Bone
Hi everyone,
My name is Storm, and I'm reaching out to you on behalf of my extraordinary nephew, Bodi Bone. Bodi is a vibrant and determined 16-year-old with a passion for swimming. Bodi has always had an amazing connection with water. He competes in just about every water competition there is, from pool, to surf, to open water, and pool rescue. He is a multiple NSW State and National (Australian) gold, silver, and bronze medalist in open water and long-distance swimming events, pool championships, and Ironman events. In August this year, he travelled to Adelaide to represent his surf club, the Avoca Beach Surf Life Saving Club, at the Australian Pool Rescue Championships. In his pet event, the 200m obstacle course race, he secured Australian Gold and was chosen to represent Australia in the Australian Pool Rescue Team, competing in New Zealand at the International Pool Rescue Championships in September 2025! This is a significant achievement, and a dream come true for Bodi. He will be competing in the 200m specialised obstacle course, as well as a number of other events, including relays.
However, participating in such a prestigious competition comes with substantial costs. Between the training, travel, accommodation, and competition fees, the expenses are more than his family can bear alone. That's why we're reaching out to you for support.
By donating to Bodi’s Australian Sports Foundation campaign, you can help ensure he has the opportunity to compete at the highest level and continue pursuing his dreams. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference in Bodi’s journey. Your support will not only help cover his immediate needs but also inspire him to keep pushing forward with the same tenacity and determination that has brought him this far.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity. Together, we can help Bodi make waves at the national championships and achieve his dreams.
