Court Talk is Australia’s longest-running dedicated tennis radio program, providing an independent voice for players, coaches, clubs, volunteers and the wider tennis community. Broadcast on SportFM 91.3 in Perth, Court Talk promotes the people who contribute to the game at every level while creating open and honest discussion about the future of Australian tennis.

Court Talk is now seeking financial support to establish an independent tennis tournament in Western Australia, with the long-term goal of expanding the event nationally. The tournament will provide competitive opportunities for players while showcasing local clubs, coaches, officials and volunteers.

Through its radio program, digital platforms and extensive tennis network, Court Talk will actively promote the tournament, its participants and the people working behind the scenes. We believe this type of promotion, engagement and recognition should be a central responsibility of state tennis associations. Sadly, many players, coaches and clubs feel they are no longer receiving the visibility, communication or support they deserve.

By supporting Court Talk’s fundraising campaign, individuals and businesses will be helping create a tournament that puts the tennis community first. Funds raised will assist with venue hire, prize money, officials, equipment, event operations, player promotion, media coverage and the future expansion of the tournament across Australia.
