Broadview Football Club is raising funds to install solar panels and battery storage at our Club, helping us create a more sustainable and financially secure future for our players, volunteers, families and community.

As a grassroots sporting club, our facility is used heavily throughout the year — from football training and match days, to Auskick, junior and senior programs, community events, functions, meetings and social gatherings. With rising electricity costs, power bills place increasing pressure on our Club’s operating budget. Every dollar spent on utilities is a dollar we cannot invest back into our people, programs, equipment and facilities.

By installing solar panels and battery storage, we can significantly reduce our ongoing energy costs and make better use of our Clubrooms in a more environmentally responsible way. The savings generated will help us continue to provide a welcoming, inclusive and affordable place for our community to come together.

This project is about more than just power bills. It is about strengthening the long-term sustainability of Broadview Football Club, protecting our future, and ensuring we can continue to support football at every level — from our youngest Auskickers through to our junior, senior, women’s, men’s and inclusive teams.

We plan to make this happen through the support of our members, sponsors, families, local businesses and the wider Broadview community. Every donation, big or small, will take us one step closer to installing this important system and delivering lasting benefits for the Club.
