ABOUT Buderim Pickleball & Tennis Club INC

    Buderim, QLD

    Our purpose is simple:

Grow participation in pickleball and tennis, strengthen community engagement, and improve local sporting facilities for long-term community benefit.

We are establishing the club to provide affordable and accessible opportunities for local residents to participate in pickleball and tennis in a welcoming community environment.

The club will operate from the courts at:

    Buderim Mountain State School

Activities will take place outside school hours, ensuring facilities are better utilised for community benefit while fully respecting school operations.

We intend to pursue grant funding (with school approval) to enhance court infrastructure, lighting and facilities. Importantly, any improvements funded through the club will vest with the school and remain school assets — ensuring long-term benefit to students and the wider Buderim community.

    Your support will help deliver:

    • Increased access to affordable community sport
    • Improved physical and mental wellbeing through active participation and social connection
    • Greater activation of existing local sporting facilities, maximising community use outside school hours
    • Strengthened school–community partnerships through shared investment in facilities
    • A sustainable, volunteer-led sporting organisation serving Buderim and surrounding residents

Every dollar contributed stays local and directly supports participation growth and facility improvement.

Funds raised through the Australian Sports Foundation will support:

    • Court and facility improvements
    • Equipment and participation support
    • Long term sustainability of the club

We envision a thriving, inclusive sporting hub where:

    • Adults of all ages feel welcome
    • Beginners feel confident to start
    • Social players build friendships
    • School students and the community benefit from improved facilities
    • Buderim continues to grow as a healthy, connected community

With your support, we can build a sustainable community sporting organisation that enhances wellbeing, activates local facilities and creates lasting benefits for generations to come.
