Wheelchair basketball is an all inclusive sport. We welcome members with disabilities and without and our program is designed with inclusivity and community connection in mind. Inclusion in the sporting arena is important as it provides athletes with an opportunity to engage in team sport, build mental resolve and provides a sense of belonging and community.

 We need your help to grow and increase our impact further.

As our club is still in the early stages of being, the community support , donated funding and sponsorship are important. As a Not For Profit Charity, the funds sourced for our club go towards court hire fees, equipment purchases (such as sporting wheelchairs and maintenance, air compressors, scoring boards, training equipment items and balls), advertising items to help build our club and the purchase of uniforms for our players. In addition to these essentials, funding is also required to help provide training and upskilling for coaches, umpires and game officials.

Each of these items are currently being funded by our committee members out of pocket, due to a love of the game and a wish to see the club succeed. We require sponsorship to keep promoting the benefits of sport and inclusion to the Bundaberg community.
