ABOUT Caide Ellis

Secret Harbour, WA

My goal is to represent Australia in triathlon and compete for a medal at the Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games. Every day I am working towards that dream while balancing the demands of being a full-time Bachelor of Commerce student at the University of Notre Dame Australia and training 25+ hours each week.

Competing at the elite level requires far more than commitment. The costs of race entries, interstate and international travel, accommodation, coaching, equipment, bike maintenance, nutrition, recovery, and day-to-day training quickly add up. As a full-time university student, meeting these costs while continuing to pursue excellence in sport is a significant challenge.

Triathlon has shaped the person I am today. It has taught me discipline, resilience, perseverance and the value of pursuing long-term goals through consistent hard work. Every is another step towards achieving my dream of wearing the green and gold on the world's biggest stage.

Over the past few years, I have been fortunate to achieve success at both the state and national level, including winning the Busselton Festival of Triathlon Sprint, becoming State Champion in the duathlon, cross country and Triathlon and competing against Australia's best young athletes at the Australian Super Sprint Championships with many A final finishes as well as top 5 finishes in Australian Schools Triathlon including a second place in the relay. These achievements have strengthened my belief that I have the potential to compete internationally and continue progressing towards the highest level of the sport.

Funds raised will be directly invested into my development as an elite athlete. Your support will help cover the costs of domestic and international competition, training and the many expenses that come with pursuing high-performance sport.

Every contribution, no matter the size, helps remove financial barriers and allows me to focus on becoming the best athlete I can be while continuing my university studies. Your generosity is not simply helping fund races or equipment it is an investment in a young Australian athlete striving to represent our country with pride.

Thank you for believing in my journey and for being part of my pursuit of the Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games. Your support means more than you know, and I look forward to sharing every milestone with those who help make this dream possible.
