    ABOUT Caleb Logan

    Long Gully, VIC

I am a local Bendigo athlete and one time recipient of the monthly Bendigo Sports Star award. I was born with Spina Bifida, but I have never let that define what I can or cant achieve. For years, I have self-funded my journey through adaptive sports, throwing everything I have into AFL wheelchair football for Essendon FC, wheelchair basketball for Bendigo Braves, wheelchair NRL for Victoria, and sitting volleyball for Australia in China.

In the past few months I have trained hard and been selected to wear the green and gold and represent  Australia at the Wheelchair Handball World Championship in Spain 2026.

Getting to the world stage is an incredible honour. While my official team accommodation and meals are thankfully already covered, I still face a major financial hurdle. Because adaptive sports receives limited funding, I still need to raise $5,000  dollars in support to cover; international flight costs, my team uniform purchase, world training camp and miscellaneous associated costs towards our team.
