We are a small club with big ambitions. We are looking to purchase a new light weight canoe to enable our club to remain competitive and to ensure accessibility for paddlers aged 18 to 82+. Our current canoes are heavy and outdated compared to the current canoes other clubs are participating in. Our membership is ageing and we are attracting older members to our club and to ensure the sport of paddling is successful we need canoes that can be easily and safely transported to and from the beach by our club members. We are passionate about our sport and the mental health and wellbeing of our members. We are participating in various fund raising activities including barbecues at Bunnings and are actively seeking sponsors and grants to assist us in purchasing new canoes.
