Since starting volleyball in junior school and becoming completely passionate about the sport, Carter has gone on to represent his school, school sports district, School Sports Queensland, Qld and Australian Schools Cup tournaments (Indoor and Beach), Volleyball Queensland teams (National tournaments for Indoor x3 and Beach Volleyball x2!), and now Volleyball Australia (International tournaments for indoor volleyball)! Being selected to be a part of the Australian Squad and training with the AVA/QAS program, Carter has his sights set on the possibilities for the Olympics in 2032 especially being in his hometown of Brisbane!

Recently Carter travelled with the Australian team to Thailand for the Under 16 Youth Asian Pacific Championships. It was a wonderful experience for him, and he came back with even more determination than ever! However, this isn't a cheap sporting journey, with Thailand travel in addition to the Australian National Championships (in Perth this year, and for the next 3 years), Australian School Sports Championships in Adelaide, National Squad camps in Canberra and other training camps in Adelaide, etc........ the financial strain on family this year is huge.

We aren't ones to ask for help but here we are saying please can you help!?!?! Carter and his family would appreciate any support and help to assist with his ongoing funding to attend events and training camps as his journey in volleyball continues.

All donations and help will be directly used to cover volleyball costs including travel (flights/ground transport), accommodation, meals, tournament entry fees, training camps and facilities costs, coaching and management fees.
