Building Opportunities for Regional Riders

Central West Equestrian Club Inc. was established to create more opportunities for riders, families and horse enthusiasts across the Central West of New South Wales.

As a volunteer-run, not-for-profit club, our goal is simple: to make equestrian sport more accessible, affordable and enjoyable for people living in regional communities. We believe riders should have access to quality facilities, education and competition opportunities without needing to travel long distances to larger centres.

Our club has been built on the generosity, hard work and passion of local volunteers, riders and families who share a vision of creating a thriving equestrian community. Through training days, clinics, competitions and social events, we are bringing people together and helping riders of all ages and experience levels develop their skills and confidence.

To support these opportunities, Team Mackillop Equestrian (our home venue) has already invested significantly in developing a first-class equestrian facility featuring two purpose-built, competition-sized 90m x 60m arenas with professional riding surfaces. These facilities provide an incredible foundation for our club and the wider community, but there is still more work to be done.

We are raising funds to help Central West Equestrian Club continue growing and improving the opportunities available to regional riders by:

• Purchasing new showjumping equipment and jumps that are safe, modern and suitable for riders of all levels.

• Expanding competition infrastructure so we can host more high-quality competitions, clinics and educational events.

• Creating additional opportunities for junior riders, adult riders, Pony Club members and grassroots competitors throughout the Central West.

These improvements will help us deliver more events, attract experienced coaches and officials to the region, support local businesses and provide a safe, welcoming environment for riders and families to gather and connect.

Every donation, no matter the size, will directly support the growth of equestrian sport in our region and help us build a stronger future for the Central West equestrian community.
