Where Christian's football journey started.

Christian has been playing football since he was 4 years old, starting off at Little Kickers and then onto Miniroos at Rochdale Rovers in Rochdale, south of Brisbane. As he learnt the basics and fundamentals, he moved to Logan Lightning in 2021 where he began to understand positions as his skills were improving.

The 2023 and 2024 Miniroos Football seasons.

2023 was the year things changed for Christian. His skills and knowledge of the game took a huge leap. He began to find his feet and settle into his preferred position of striker, although not a typical striker as he would play in wide forward positions / winger. He was his team's top scorer and at the halfway point of the season he would be selected into the community carnival all-star team as his team reached the semi-finals.

In 2024 he would again be his team's top scorer with 19 goals. He began to discover how he can use his left foot just as much as his right foot. His confidence continues to grow, and he is now looking to get into local academy teams.

Football off the pitch.

For Christian, football is more than just training and playing as much as he can on the pitch. Off the pitch he enjoys playing the FIFA video games, collects football player cards, reads books on his favorite players and watches various YouTube videos from skills to learn, to game highlights and more. His passion for the game rivals his talent on the pitch and he is now ready to take the next steps.

Your donation, your contribution, no matter how big or small will bring a huge smile to Christian's face and that feeling of 'I'm getting closer and closer to realizing my dream' of one day playing professional football.

The tour comprises of Christian experiencing professional level coaching, training and football knowledge. He'll experience English premier league games, stadium tours and training at some of England's biggest football clubs such as Liverpool and Manchester City.

UPDATE (September 2024): Christian has now been selected to play in the Brisbane Premier Academy League for Pure Soccer, running from early October until the end of November 2024. Christian's team reached the finals in their age group and came 2nd in the finals.

UPDATE (December 2024): Christian took part in the Euro Football Start Objective Testing and came in the top 5 percentile nationally for his age group. He was also accepted in the first free Academy Training Program run by Euro Football Start.

UPDATE (October 2025): Christian has been again selected to play in the Brisbane Premier Academy League for Pure Soccer, running from early October until the end of November 2025.
