The City West Falcons are one of Victoria’s most respected netball clubs, with a proud history of success both on and off the court. Based in Melbourne’s west, we are more than just a team—we are a family that champions inclusivity, opportunity, and the power of sport to change lives.

Over the years, the Falcons have become a vital pathway for talented athletes to reach their full potential. Many of our players have gone on to represent at Victorian and national levels, but just as importantly, countless others have developed lifelong friendships, confidence, and resilience through their time at the club.

Our success is built on more than wins and premierships—it is built on people. Volunteers, coaches, families, and supporters all play a role in creating an environment where young athletes can thrive. We are proud to provide opportunities for players from diverse cultural and social backgrounds, particularly in Melbourne’s fast-growing western suburbs where access to elite sporting programs can be limited.

But like many community sporting organisations, we face ongoing challenges. Rising costs and the need for quality equipment and coaching support place constant pressure on the club’s ability to provide opportunities for all. Without strong financial backing, some of our programs and pathways risk becoming out of reach for the young people who need them most.
