With the help of my coach, gym, my training buddy Noah & my Dad, I’ve pushed through every challenge and session and have now completed the semi finals online for the next stage of my Adaptive CrossFit journey.

I’ve been able to achieve placing in the Top 5 following the Adaptive CrossFit Semi Finals which earns me the opportunity to compete at the Adaptive CrossFit Open Finals in San Jose, California this July.

This is more than just a competition. It’s proof that determination, consistency, friendship and hard work can overcome obstacles and inspire others facing their own challenges.

Behind the scenes, this journey has required countless hours of training, travel, recovery and support from family, friends, coaches and the wider community.

Now, with less than eight weeks to organise flights, accommodation and travel expenses to America, I’m reaching out for help.

I’d like to ask our community to get behind me and help make the goal of competing at the finals with all the other elite athletes this year possible.
