The CYCSA Youth Sailing Foundation and Marine Academy work together to develop the next generation of sailors while providing accredited training opportunities for sailors and boaters of all ages and abilities.

From introducing young people to sailing and supporting youth teams competing on the world stage, to delivering internationally recognised sailing and boating qualifications, these programs create lifelong pathways within our sport. Participants develop not only sailing skills but also confidence, resilience, leadership, teamwork and decision-making abilities that extend far beyond the water.

Donations help fund coaching, training programs, boat maintenance, equipment, youth development initiatives and accredited education opportunities. Your support ensures that more people can access quality sailing experiences, develop their skills and participate safely and confidently in our sport.
