Our Story – Cyclones Netball Club

What we’re raising funds for

We are raising funds to support the ongoing development of Cyclones Netball Club, including essential equipment, uniforms, court and training resources, coaching support, and player development programs. These funds help ensure our players have a safe, positive and well‑resourced environment to train, compete and grow — both on and off the court.

Why this matters to us

As a volunteer‑run community club, we see first‑hand the difference sport makes. Netball builds resilience, friendships, leadership skills and a strong sense of belonging — especially for young people. Rising costs for equipment, facilities and competition fees make it challenging to keep netball accessible for all families. Your support helps us remove financial barriers so more players can take part, stay involved, and thrive.

Donations to this fundraiser will go directly toward strengthening our club and supporting our players throughout the season. With your help, we can:

Maintain and replace essential training and game equipment

Support quality coaching and skill development

Reduce financial pressure on families where possible

Continue offering a welcoming, inclusive club environment

As this fundraiser is hosted through the Australian Sports Foundation, donations of $2 or more are tax‑deductible and go straight back into supporting community sport.

Cyclones Netball Club is more than just a team — we are players, parents, coaches, volunteers and supporters working together to create positive sporting experiences in our local community.
