What started as a small group of passionate volunteers has grown into a thriving club with rapidly increasing membership. To keep up with this growth, we recently moved our “sporting home” to the Mossman Indoor Sports Centre, a space that finally allows our athletes to train, compete, and develop in a safe, structured environment.

Every week, our volunteers coach teams, referee games, run the canteen, organize competitions, and create a positive place where kids can learn new skills, build confidence, make friends, and feel part of something bigger. We also invest in our young people by offering coaching and refereeing courses, and by giving them opportunities to volunteer on game days, building future leaders both on and off the court.

Each year, we aim to host three major Regional Carnivals, welcoming more than 200 players, families, and supporters to Mossman. These events bring energy to our town and support local businesses, showcasing the power of community sport in a regional area.

But with growth comes new challenges. We urgently need to fundraise for essential equipment, safe storage solutions, upgraded facilities, and resources that allow us to keep participation costs low for families. As a small regional club run entirely by volunteers, we rely on community generosity to keep our programs strong, safe, and sustainable.
