I have been selected to represent Australia at the ICF Ocean Racing World Championships in Spain this October, the pinnacle event in ocean ski racing. To make this opportunity possible, I am raising funds to help cover the significant costs associated with competing internationally.

I’m an Australian ocean ski paddler who has been fortunate to achieve strong results over the past several seasons, including becoming the 2025 - U23 Australian Ocean Racing Series Champion and 2026 Paddle Australia U23 Australian Ocean Racing Champion. While I’m proud of these achievements, this journey has always been about more than results. Ocean racing is something I genuinely love, from the early mornings and chasing downwind runs to being part of an incredible paddling community.

In 2022, I made the move from Tasmania to the Gold Coast to continue pursuing my goals within the sport and train alongside some of the best paddlers in Australia and the world. Since making that move, the progression and opportunities that have come from it have been huge. Between balancing university study to become a high school teacher, work commitments and training at a high level, I’ve continued developing as both an athlete and a person.

This year I have the opportunity to take another step forward and test myself against the world’s best athletes while proudly representing Australia in Spain. Racing internationally and competing against the best paddlers in the world is an exciting challenge and an important step in continuing to develop as an athlete.

Like many young athletes, there is a lot of hard work that goes into pursuing opportunities such as this, and while representing Australia is an incredible opportunity, it also comes with significant costs including flights, accommodation, race entries and travel expenses.

Your support will directly help me continue chasing this opportunity and proudly represent Australia on the world stage. I’m not asking for major sponsorships or large donations simply support from people who believe in helping young athletes pursue something they genuinely love.
