    ABOUT Emily Watch

    DENMAN PROSPECT, ACT

Hi, I’m Em Watch, a track cyclist from the ACT. I’ve been riding since 2017 and over the years I’ve fallen in love with sprinting and everything that comes with racing on the track. It’s taken me from local racing to competing at a national and international level, which has been pretty surreal.

Some of my highlights so far include winning the 2026 Oceania U19 Women’s Sprint and Keirin titles, after placing 2nd in the Sprint in 2025. I’ve also been part of the 2025 Oceania Women’s Team Sprint winning team, along with national podiums including 2nd in the 2026 Australian U19 Women’s Sprint and 3rd in the Team Sprint. In 2025, our team placed 2nd at Nationals in the U19 Team Sprint. Earlier in my junior years, I won four National Championship titles across U15 and U17 categories, and I currently hold six ACT state records.

This year, I’ve been selected to represent Australia at the 2026 UCI Junior Track World Championships, which is such an exciting opportunity and a big step up for me, getting the chance to race against the best junior riders in the world.

Getting to this level comes with a lot of costs, like travel, accommodation, equipment, and preparation, and most of it is self-funded.

This campaign is about helping take some of that pressure off my family and supporting me as I prepare for World Championships.

Every bit of support goes directly into helping me get there and perform at my best. I’m really keen to make the most of this opportunity and represent Australia as well as I can.

Thanks so much for being part of it

    🤍Em
