We’re raising funds to help our son travel to Dandenong, Melbourne, to compete in the upcoming basketball tournament, Eltham-Dandenong im January 2027 —something he’s incredibly passionate about and has worked hard towards for years.

He’s been playing basketball since he was just 3 years old, and it’s become a huge part of his life.

Over the years, he’s had some amazing opportunities, including travelling to Adelaide twice for the Easter Classic. The first time, his team came home undefeated, which was such an incredible experience for them all.

He’s also travelled to Dandenong for this same tournament over the past two years, and this will be his third time competing.

Each trip has helped him grow in confidence, skill, and teamwork.

This year is extra special, as he was preselected for next year’s tournament and didn’t need to trial. It’s a really proud moment for him and a reflection of the effort he puts in every single week.

We’re doing everything we can to support him, but the costs of travel, accommodation, and the tournament itself do add up. Any support will go directly towards helping him get there and continue doing what he loves.
