Hi, I'm Evie Johnson. I'm a 14‑year‑old cheerleader from Adelaide, South Australia, and I'm really excited to have been selected to compete at the AIA Global Tournament of International All Star Cheerleading in Montreal, Canada, in July 2026. An invitation only event!

I’ve been involved in All Star Cheerleading for nine years, and being invited to such a prestigious, global event means a lot to me. This competition brings together top teams from around the world, and it is an absolute honour for me to represent our community on such a big stage. This invitation reflects the commitment, discipline and passion I’ve put into the sport, along with the many hours of training that have shaped me as an athlete.

Competing internationally does come with significant costs. Uniforms, travel, accommodation and other expenses make this opportunity challenging to fund. I’m hoping for community support to help make my trip possible with any contributions going directly toward the costs of me competing.

Cheerleaders aren’t just athletes on the mat, we are also positive role models in our community, showing teamwork, perseverance and leadership.
