Four Years Strong – Help George Compete at Nationals Again
George has once again qualified for the 2026 National Athletics Championships in Brisbane — an incredible milestone marking his fourth consecutive year competing at a national level.
This achievement reflects not only talent, but years of dedication, discipline, and sacrifice. In 2026 alone, George has represented at both the Touch State Cup in Wagga Wagga and the Oztag State Cup in Coffs Harbour, while also competing at the prestigious Chemist Warehouse Australian All Schools Athletics Championships in Victoria — all while continuing to balancing multiple sports while continuing to perform at an elite level in athletics.
His hard work is evident in his results, recording outstanding personal bests of 11.27 seconds in the 100m and 23.40 seconds in the 200m, placing him among the country’s top young sprinters in his age group.
Beyond performance, George is a respectful and team-oriented athlete who represents his community with pride and integrity. He consistently demonstrates sportsmanship and a genuine passion for his sport.
Competing at a national level comes with significant costs, including travel, accommodation, and competition expenses. Through the Australian Sports Foundation, all donations of $2 or more are tax deductible and will directly support George’s journey to Brisbane.
Your support will help ensure George can continue to pursue his athletic goals and compete against Australia’s best.
Thank you for supporting George and investing in the future of a dedicated young athlete.
Every contribution brings George one step closer to the start line in Brisbane.
