I'm a Masters athlete, 400m runner, and passionate advocate for women in sport across the lifespan. Recently recovered from major breast surgery, I returned to the track stronger than ever, winning two silver medals at the 2025 Australian Masters Championships. I went on to win the well known Australian Mother's Day Classic 4km fun run in Brisbane which raises funds for Breast Cancer research. Now, I’m training to win a medal at International level. I am currently ranked in the top 10 in the World (June 2025) in my age group for the 400m and 1st in the Oceania region. My journey is about resilience, breaking barriers, and showing that athletic excellence has no age limit. I'm raising funds to cover coaching and competition costs.
