The Gin Gin & District Pony Club Inc. is a long-standing, community-focused equestrian club in Queensland with over 50 years of history, providing a supportive environment for riders of all ages to develop horsemanship skills. Our club fosters personal growth for local youth through structured training, camps and our annual sporting gymkhana weekend. We are raising funds to improve the infrastructure of day yards which are no longer fit for purpose due to the rotting timber and being too small to be safe for our younger riders. We are wanting to replace our round yard which is deteriorating and create a safe space to hold liberty clinics with our qualified coach, creating income for the club and create a quality extreme cowboy course which is a rapidly growing new discipline which fosters connection between the rider and horse in a fun environment. Improving our infrastructure will enable the club to provide safe housing for horses and new activities, increasing revenue for the club and increasing visitor numbers to our small town benefitting the whole community.
