    ABOUT Glyn Frame

2025 was an interesting and challenging year! Following a successful National Championships campaign, I unfortunately tore my MCL during the event... a setback that tested both my resilience and commitment to officiating.

Despite the challenges, I’m incredibly proud to share that in 2026, I have been selected to officiate at the World Masters Hockey World Cup in Rotterdam, representing Australia Officials across the 35, 40, 45 and 50 age divisions.

This opportunity is one of the proudest achievements of my officiating journey and the chance to represent Australian Hockey Officials on the world stage is something I do not take lightly. What many people don’t realise is that hockey officiating in Australia is largely self-funded. Opportunities like this require officials to personally cover the costs of flights, accommodation, tournament fees, uniforms, insurance and day-to-day travel expenses.

To make this opportunity and journey possible, I am raising $10,000 to help cover:

    • International flights to the Netherlands
    • Accommodation during the tournament
    • Tournament and officiating expenses
    • Visa & Insurance
    • Meals and Local Transport
    • Uniforms & Equipment

Officiating has given me incredible experiences, lifelong friendships and the opportunity to contribute to a sport I care deeply about. I am passionate about continuing to develop at the highest level possible while also helping highlight the importance of officials within Australian sport.

Through the Australian Sports Foundation, donations of $2 or more are tax deductible, meaning your support can make a genuine impact while supporting an Australian official pursuing an international opportunity.

Every donation, no matter the amount, helps bring this opportunity closer to reality.

I’m also incredibly grateful to any businesses, organisations or sponsors interested in supporting my journey through partnerships, sponsorship opportunities or professional connections.

Thank you for supporting grassroots sport, officiating pathways and the opportunity to represent Australia internationally.
