Hi! I'm Hannah. I'm an elite cross country skier, a (recent!) law graduate and an enthusiast for doing hard things. I grew up in Melbourne, went to uni in Canberra and call Falls Creek my stomping ground. This year, I'm hoping to get my best results yet, racing various circuits across Europe and vying for a spot on the Australian Olympic team. I'm asking for your support in covering the costs that come with chasing such an audacious dream.

For my whole skiing career, I've maintained a delicate balance between training long hours, competing internationally, working enough (as a paralegal, research assistant and trekking guide, sometimes all at once) to pay for my travel expenses, and studying a demanding tertiary degree. Covering flights, accommodation, race entry fees, waxing expenses, equipment and insurance as a student hasn't been easy but I've always taken pride in my ability to juggle it all. Now, as I prepare for what will be one of my most intense seasons yet, I'm reaching out to my incredible sporting community to help get me over the line.

I'm so proud to represent a nation that produces some of the toughest, kindest, most joyful and resilient cross country skiers I've met anywhere in the world. Nowhere else will you find people who will willingly brave rain, horizontal sleet and marginal snow to get out on the high plains, then enthusiastically tell you what a beautiful day it was. Aussie skiers are built different, and this particular one wants to show the world what she's made of :)
