This year I was eligible to compete in SAPSASA for my school in both Athletics and Cross Country for the first time. Having performed well at both events I was lucky enough to be selected to represent my SAPSASA district at the State SAPSASA Cross Country championships against 190 other 10yrs olds in the 2km event.

I placed 6th and was selected on to the State Schools Cross Country team to compete at the National Cross Country 2km championships on the Gold Coast this September.

Funds raised will go towards helping me achieve my goal of getting to these championships, purchasing my State team tracksuit and new running shoes.

I am so excited to be able to represent my state, school and family at this National Championships event and will be training hard in the lead up to do everyone proud.
