Henri Bellanger and his crew, Juliet Jarrett, will be travelling to the Youth Sail NSW Coaching Clinic and 2025 Youth World Sailing Championships selection event for the NACRA 15 class at Toronto Amateur Sailing Club in October 2025. Their goal is to qualify as the NACRA 15 entry in the Australian Team for the World Youth Sailing Championships in Villamoura, Portugal in December, 2025. 

This fundraiser will help pay for their flights, accommodation, meals, car hire, coaching, boat lease and insurance for the Youth Sail NSW event. Henri and Juliet are the 2024/25 NACRA 15 National Champions, and are 2025 Australian Sailing National Youth Development Squad members. In April, 2025 they attended the Australian Sailing National Youth Development Squad Camp in Brisbane to receive coaching from Lucy Copeland, former NACRA 17 sailor and member of the Australian Sailing Team. 

Henri has dedicated himself to sailing for the last 8 years, since he was 9. He is a hard-working athlete who combines sailing a NACRA 15 and other high-performance catamarans with his Year 12 ATAR studies. Henri trains with and competes for Denmark Sailing Club, on the South Coast of Western Australia, as well as volunteering for them as a coach and helper. The Denmark Sailing Club is a very small, grass-roots, off the beach club. 

Henri has been awarded a scholarship from the Great Southern Academy of Sport, which provides access to strength and conditioning coaching, nutrition, physiotherapy and sports psychology.

Every dollar donated counts and will help Henri move towards his target. The total cost is estimated to be $3,500, consisting of Youth Sail NSW Coaching and Regatta entry fees $390, return flights from Perth to Sydney $860, Accommodation $987, Meals $490, Car hire $185, Domestic Travel Insurance $25, Boat hire $375 and Insurance $150 and $100 fuel.
