HER Rugby Academy is founded and led by Silei Etuale and Meretiana Robinson, two of Victoria’s most passionate advocates for women’s rugby. Both founders are Level 3 World Rugby-accredited coaches with a shared passion for building pathways and raising standards in women’s rugby.

Together, they’ve captained, coached, and created. Building teams from the grassroots up, and now, building a legacy

through HER Rugby Academy. They bring A shared vision: to create an academy that grows the game by developing

not only athletes, but also the team behind the team: Coaches, Referees, Medics, and Leaders.

All Donations will go to funding the delivery of the Academy and associated programs.

From Coaches and physiotherapists to equipment facilities and player support. every contribution will directly change the game for women and girls in Victorian Rugby Union.
