Hi my name is Hunter Harris-Whan and I’ve been lucky enough to be selected to play for Australia in Auckland New Zealand this July after a season of ups and downs at club level I didn’t think I would be here going from being stuck in a room for the most part of this year with a broken ankle to making a national team within the same 6 months still feels surreal. In 2024 I represented Australia in Edmonton, Canada in the u20 world tackle championships as a fresh 18 year old which was one of the most eye opening and learning experiences I’ve ever felt this year is at a new level I’m playing in a men’s division at a national level and couldn’t be more keen but as many amateur International programs it is self funded any help would be super appreciated if ur in a position to donate no matter how big or small or even share this page would mean the world to me and would go towards, flights, accommodation, uniforms, tournament costs and extra expenses playing for a national program.
