ABOUT Ice Hockey Victoria
Ice Hockey is more than just a sport — it’s a fast-paced, team-driven game that builds resilience, discipline, and lifelong friendships.
In Victoria, junior ice hockey is growing and the up and coming talent needs to continue to be nurtured and supported.
Ice Hockey Victoria (IHV) — a non-profit organization develops and supports the growth by advancing the sport for young athletes across the state.
Each year, IHV selects and supports state teams to represent Victoria at the National Championships, where our young athletes proudly wear the Big V and compete against the best in the country.
However the cost to participate in the sport can be challenging and by supporting our young athletes you are unlocking potential and dreams.
There is a huge group of volunteers that dedicate their time and expertise to support this sport, but there are also costs such as the equipment itself to protect our skaters, uniforms and travel costs.
By reaching out to the broader community we aim to increase awareness of the high level and competitiveness of Ice Hockey in not only Victoria but Australia and appeal to those that may be in a position to help our young athletes continue to develop their passion.
Support our Team. Support the Sport. Support the Future.
