We are raising funds to have heating installed at the Inglewood Aquatic Centre. Our pool is seasonal and open from September until March but it's usually only warm enough for comfortable swimming from December. This year the water never warmed up enough to run baby swim classes, and the temperature restricts participation in aquarobics. We want the pool to be accessible for everybody, and usable for the whole swim season.

Working with council, we have applied for a few grants to help with the funding but we still need to raise about $35,000.

This fundraiser is being run by the Inglewood swim club but we also have the support of both schools, the gym, the medical centre, and local businesses.
