    ABOUT Isaac Wheatley

I have been selected to represent my Country in the inaugural U/17s boys International Flag Football tournament in Los Angeles from June 17 to 22nd, 2025 and are raising funds to assist in the costs for airfares, meals and accommodation to allow me to compete in this tournament. We take on team form USA, Panama, Mexico, Canada, South Korea, Japan and our ANZAC brother New Zealand.

Following a successful NSW campaign in the 2025 National Flag Football championships in Canberra, our NSW Wolfpack squad under coaches Paul and Adam became National Champions and this led to my selection to represent Australia for the 1st time in what is the greatest achievement to happen in my life to date.

I'm very humbled and proud to be part of this great team and look forward to giving my all for coaches Brendan and Adam, my 11 team mates & my Country.

I am focused on my training and hope my efforts will give me the opportunity to come one step further and potentially be part of the 2028 Australia Olympic team.

I have been a huge supporter of American Football for many years, especially Notre Dame at College level and the mighty Philadelphia Eagles in the NFL. In 2024 I joined the UTS Gators red shirt program which led me to try out for the NSW Flag Football team.

My goals are to play in the NSW gridiron competition at Colts level later this year then in 2026 enjoy a student exchange program to head to USA to train hard and earn selection to play High School football in what is a tough competition. I hope to one day represent my country in American Football and if its Gods will, play College Football in the USA.
