ABOUT Jasmine Rayner
My name is Jasmine Rayner. I am 18 years old and from Brisbane, Australia. I found my love for beach volleyball at the age of 15 and it quickly became a central part of my life. At 16, I had the honour of representing Australia for the first time, and I have continued to wear the green and gold with pride ever since. I am a proud member of the Australian Beach Volleyball Team, the Volleyroos, and I am loving every minute of the journey.
I moved to the United States in January to continue my development as a student-athlete at Palm Beach State College (PBSC). This opportunity allows me to deepen my understanding of the game while pursuing my education. At PBSC, I’m earning the academic credits required to transfer to Texas Christian University (TCU) in August 2026. TCU recently won the NCAA National Championship and is currently the top Division 1 school for Beach Volleyball in the U.S.
Each semester, I spend four months based in the U.S., then return home to Brisbane for the summer, where I continue to train and compete. As I work toward completing my degree at TCU by 2029, my focus remains clear: to return home with both academic qualifications and valuable life experience, ready to pursue my long-term goals.
My long-term goals are clear: to become an Olympic gold medalist at the Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games, a Commonwealth Games gold medalist, a Beach Pro Tour gold medalist, and a World Champion. With the right support, dedication and hard work, I believe these dreams are within reach.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Every contribution makes a meaningful difference and brings me closer to achieving my goals.
