    At 39 years old, I stepped onto a diving board for the very first time—never imagining it would take me halfway around the world.


    Hi, my name is Jo-Anne Ng, and I’m an Australian masters diver who discovered the sport later in life. I began diving halfway through 2024, and in 2025 I celebrated my 40th birthday doing something I never thought possible: competing at the World Aquatics Masters Championships in Singapore.


    Since my very first competition at the 2024 Pan Pacific Masters, my journey has been one of rapid growth, resilience, and hard work. Over the past season, that dedication has translated into consistent podium finishes and a deepening love for the sport.


    In 2026, I’m aiming to take the next step in my competitive journey by competing internationally at the Croatian Open Masters Championships. This fundraiser will help cover essential costs associated with making that goal a reality, including travel, accommodation, and competition-related expenses.
