    ABOUT Juliet Lahood

    Beaumont Hills, NSW

I have been doing Taekwondo since the age of 5 and began competing at age 12. Since then, I’ve had the honour of representing Australia on the National Taekwondo Team, devoting more than a decade of my life to competing on the world stage. From multiple World Championships and Grand Prix events to elite International Opens. Every step has been driven by one goal: qualifying for, and ultimately winning, the LA 2028 Olympic Games.

Over the next three years, I will be dedicating the majority of my time to intensive international training camps, competitions, and high-performance preparation. This commitment leaves very limited opportunity to maintain stable employment. As Taekwondo in Australia is largely self-funded, the financial demands of travel, coaching, sports science support, equipment and accommodation are extremely high.

This is why I am seeking external support. Your contribution, no matter the size, directly helps me continue pursuing this demanding, rewarding and incredibly meaningful journey. Supporting me means supporting an Australian athlete who is chasing an Olympic dream with everything she has.

Thank you so much for your support!
