I am a junior athlete from the little town of sanctuary point who has been given an opportunity of a life time.

Since the age of 10 i have been throwing the javelin and compete every chance i can under STGEORGES BASIN LITTLE ATHLETICS, NOWRA ATHLETICS CLUB AND VINCENTIA HIGH SCHOOL.

After falling just short the last couple of years, i was determined to make my dream of NATIONALS become reality.

AND For the first time, this year i qualified to compete at the AUSTRALIAN JUNIOR ATHLETICS CHAMPIONSHIPS held in Brisbane. An opportunity to compete with Australias best of the best JAVELIN THROWERS.

14 strong competitors . proudly wearing the team NSW blue colours i represented my state with pride. Throwing 4 very consistent throws with a best of 40.91m which earnt me an impressive 5Th place in Australia.

From this i have now been selected to represent the REGIONAL AUSTRALIA u18 TEAM to compete at the OCEANIA CHAMPIONSHIPS held in DARWIN on the 18-21st may 2026. A DREAM AND A GOAL I NEVER KNEW WAS POSSIBLE UNTIL IT WAS.

like all sports this level of representation comes at a cost.
