Kawana Powerblades is more than a sporting club — we are a community hub

that strengthens the psychological and physical wellbeing of people entering

their senior years. For many this stage of life can bring reduced social

connection, declining fitness, or a loss of routine and purpose.

Our club provides a positive, supportive environment where members can

stay active, build friendships, and feel part of something meaningful.

Through regular paddling, teamwork, and shared achievement, members

experience improved fitness, reduced stress, greater confidence, and a

renewed sense of belonging. We help people stay connected, stay moving,

and stay mentally strong.
