ABOUT Keiko Tanaka

Artarmon, NSW

I’m a Japanese footballer turning 40 next year. Since 2020, I’ve been living in Australia and playing in the National Premier League as a semi-professional player while working alongside my football career.

The reason I continue playing is not only to challenge my own limits, but also to inspire children — to show them the joy of football, the importance of taking on challenges, the beauty of chasing dreams, and the power of doing what you love.

I currently work as a soccer coach, sharing my experience and passion with young players, and also as a kitchen hand at a Japanese restaurant.

Beyond playing, I’m passionate about building a bridge between Japan and Australia through football. I’ve been involved in planning Japan tours for Sydney-based teams, as well as supporting Japanese players who wish to play in Australia.

Through football, I hope to continue connecting people, cultures, and dreams across borders. 🌏⚽️

Through this page, I’m seeking support from those who believe in this journey.

Your kind donations will be used not only for training, conditioning, and equipment costs, but also for giving back to the next generation — through soccer clinics and community events for kids.

I will keep challenging myself and sharing the joy of football with as many people as I can.

Thank you so much for your support and encouragement. 🙏💙
