The KSC Junior Development Program is a cornerstone of our commitment to nurturing young surfing talent and building strong foundations for future champions. Funds raised will directly support:

• Surf Coaching – Ongoing training with experienced coaches to develop core surfing skills, technique, and competition readiness.
• Health & Wellbeing – Education on general fitness, nutrition, injury prevention, and mental resilience to support junior athlete growth.
• Motivational & Personal Development – Sessions with guest speakers and mentors to inspire confidence and leadership, with additional focus for our junior girls.
• Team Events Support – Financial contributions to help cover competition entry fees, travel, and accommodation costs for junior surfers representing the club at interclub and regional events.
